By accessing steadvox.com, submitting an inquiry, booking a discovery call, or entering into a service agreement with SteadVox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and active clients of SteadVox. Your service agreement, once signed, will supplement these Terms and take precedence in the event of any conflict.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
SteadVox provides dedicated sales support services to industrial B2B sales teams. Services may include, but are not limited to:
The specific scope of services, deliverables, working hours, and performance expectations will be defined in a separate written service agreement executed between SteadVox and the client prior to commencement of work.
SteadVox reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion. We do not guarantee availability at any given time without a signed service agreement.
Pricing for SteadVox services is as described on our website and confirmed in your service agreement. Indicative rates are listed publicly; final pricing may vary based on scope, team size, and specific requirements agreed upon at onboarding.
Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement:
Disputed charges must be communicated to SteadVox in writing within 10 business days of the invoice date. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing disputes promptly.
No penalties. No long-term lock-in. We believe in earning your business every month.
Either party may cancel the service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice via email to the other party. Notice must be sent to hello@steadvox.com for cancellations directed to SteadVox.
During the 30-day notice period:
If SteadVox terminates the agreement, we will provide 30 days' notice and a prorated refund for any prepaid services not yet delivered after the termination date.
Our 2-week satisfaction guarantee applies during the first two weeks of service. If your support specialist isn't working out in the first two weeks, we will either reassign you to a different specialist or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
SteadVox understands that our work involves access to sensitive sales data, customer information, and internal business processes. We treat all client information as strictly confidential.

These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the service agreement for a period of two years.
SteadVox provides sales support services in good faith and with reasonable care. However, we cannot guarantee specific sales outcomes, revenue results, or the actions of third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with the arbitration conducted in Cleveland, Ohio.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
