Most clients are live within 10 business days of their discovery call. Week 1 is onboarding and setup. Week 2, your specialist starts executing.
It's a 20-minute conversation — not a sales pitch. We learn about your sales process, CRM setup, team size, and biggest bottlenecks. If there's a fit, we move forward. If not, no hard feelings.
No. We don't do long-term contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice. We earn your business every month.
We support HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, Zoom, and most major business tools. If you use something else, we'll learn it.
About Our Specialists
Yes. Our specialists are trained on industrial B2B contexts — including RFQ processes, distributor relationships, long sales cycles, and CRM tools common in manufacturing and industrial supply. We don't need you to teach us the basics.
Yes. You get one dedicated specialist who learns your business, your clients, and your preferences. No rotating pool. No strangers.
We have backup coverage built into every plan. If your primary specialist is unavailable, a trained backup steps in — already briefed on your workflows and priorities.
Our team operates on US Eastern Standard Time business hours. Your specialist is available when your sales team is working.
We have a 2-week satisfaction guarantee. If it's not working, we'll reassign you to a different specialist or issue a full refund. No questions asked. Beyond two weeks, if the fit changes, we'll find you a better match at no cost.

Process & Onboarding
Week 1 is all about getting your specialist up to speed: CRM access, workflow documentation, terminology review, client list orientation, and communication preferences. By Friday, they know your business.
However works best for you — Slack, email, Teams, phone. Most clients use Slack for day-to-day communication and email for formal updates.
Weekly activity summaries showing what was done, what's in progress, and what's coming up. Monthly performance reviews on request.
Absolutely. As long as it falls within sales operations and support, your specialist can take it on. If something requires a different skill set, we'll let you know.
Security & Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously. NDAs are available and standard for all client engagements. Your specialist follows strict data handling protocols, and CRM access is limited to what's necessary for their role.
Yes. Every specialist signs a confidentiality agreement before starting any client work. Additional client-specific NDAs are available on request.
Your data stays in your systems. We don't store or export client data. When an engagement ends, your specialist's access is immediately revoked.
